Yes, rent is $1100 utilities included. It's a real nice place and convenient to everything on 30-A.

In fact, in keeping with the times, we have lowered our winter rates to $850 per month. Wow!

I have a friend who is lookinig, she's mid 40's and is moving because of a new job in PCB...she has one small doggie? Pet Friendly?

I spoke with you last week about the place for my parents. I notice you still advertise it for 850 for winter rental. Is that for 3 or 6 months?

If it's only for three months, we would have to charge more. If you wish to rent it for the full six months, we could do with for $850 per month, plus a one time cleaning fee to be discussed. Thanks.
