    October visit need trip tips

    srich3 and myself will be down to SoWal Oct. 1 to Oct 5. We would love to meet some of the great people on this site for drinks. It will be a low key trip for us. Any thoughts on what to do would be appreciated.

    Most of us love to eat, so visit the local establishments for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You could wear a SoWal sticker! Just strike up a conversation with your waiter, service personnel or local entrepreneur. Looks like you'll be coming in Thursday. Check out some of the sports bars or restaurants that have the game on. There's sure to be a SoWaller or two there. Then, Saturday, Oct. 3, I noticed that Seaside is having their huge Annual Community Yard Sale from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. There will be tons of people there. Just learn the secret password and handshake before then.
