I am still wondering if this rental is available. I own my own rental property so I am a landlord and very respectful of others property. I do have small pets, but I am very clean. You'd never know it when you walk in my home. I'd like to see some pictures you can send to heartbren@bellsouth.net I will be in town next Fri. 2/5 for a week looking at homes. I have a 3 bdrm I will renting of my own so your home would be my new home. I've lived in this house for 20 something years and just renovated the whole house, but the 30A area has the peace I am looking for. Thanks and I hope to hear from you and see pictures if available.
