Looking for 2 Rooms with a View - Help

Hi all-
I hoping to tap into the knowledge in this forum. My wife and I come back to the SoWal area every couple of years to recharge. (Honeymoon in Seaside in 1991) and every couple of years since.) Itr's been interesting watching the area develop in this time.

Anyway, we always stay in Seaside and usually right in one of the downtown townhomes. We'd like to come back this year (late april/early may) but we'd like to try someplace different. Can anyone offer a few suggestions, please? Our requirements:

• Gulf View
  Two bedrooms- one for us one for our little girl. Will consider a house, townhouse, condo, or inn/hotel (if nice)
  I wouldn't say we're too picky but we prefer nice/newer accomodations (as opposed to rustic)

We've checked out Watercolor and Rosemary beach but I'm not sure since we've never stayed there. Are there any private rental leeds or other suggestions anyone can make?

If you like Seaside, there's no reason why you wouldn't like WaterColor or Rosemary Beach. Both have excellent websites for you to look through, and both offer similar amenities. Just depends on your personal taste, really.
