2/2.5 townhome in the Gulf Vista units in Seacrest yards away from deeded beach access and a bike ride from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We've reduced the price by more than $50K so we can close on our house by June! :)

Yes. There are gulf views from the front and back decks on the second floor.
