We have been in business since 1997 and strictly specialize in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Mold & Sewage Remediation. Our owner is one of only 9 Applied Structural Drying Instructors in the entire Country and is highly respected in this Industry. He travels and teaches and consults around the country and teaches the science of drying and tests different drying methods monthly. We currently have an office in Gulf Breeze, but are moving that office to Santa Rosa Beach in January to better service our Customers. We want to focus on this area and this program and provide the best Service in this Industry that you can find.

We also have what is called our Safety Net program, which helps Property Managers, Maintenance Directors, etc. be prepared before anything happens. We go in ahead of time free of charge and set this program up for you, which I can explain in detail a scheduled meeting.

We have all of the newest equipment on the market, training, all Master Water Restorers and technology to dry and save the hardwood floors in place and to also save and dry the carpet, pad and walls in place. Not to mention the extensive tracking and paperwork systems to back our drying systems and to give you peace of mind. All of our Staff, including office staff are at the minimum IICRC ASD “applied structural drying” Certified. We know how to handle the situation and relate to the customers and tenants in your building as well as work with your staff. We have dried 1000s of buildings, gymnasium floors, ballroom floors even bowling allies.
