Hello all, and Happy New Year!

Why not kick things off right in a new home. I have a cozy comfy 3 bed 2 bath condo available for short and long term rental. In the heart of Seagrove, easy walking to shops, eateries, and beaches. Sits on 30A.

Also I have a 4 bed 4 bath on the upper end of 30A Dune Allen area. Fully furnished with 2800 sq ft of living space. Both are ready on January 1. Must have solid employment and good credit to qualify.
