I am interested in applying, but I live in Kentucky and will be moving there in mid-May. Would you consider hiring without an in person interview?

Hi!! I am VERY interested in either a hostess or server position. I do have waitress experience, and can provide refernces. Anyways, the only problem is I live in Alabama and cannot move until I have definate employment. I was hoping to schedule a phone interview and possibly fax the application. I am quite a regular at stinky's in the summer (will work for stew....and crab claws.....oh yeah the goddess dressing is to die for too) Anyways, Ben knows me pretty well, and a few of our favorite emplyees do as well.
