Inn at Gulf Place or Beachfront II?
Looking at 1 br @ Inn at Gulf Place on Santa Rosa or Beachfront II at Seagrove. Can anyone give me some feedback on these two places? We want a place that's kind of quiet, but well located to do things both in Destin and Beaches of SW. Also we are bringing a boat, wondering where the closest boat ramp might be. Do any of the lakes allow boats? Any input would be much appreciated.

Re: Inn at Gulf Place or Beachfront II?
Gulf Place area is quieter. We enjoy that end of 30-A and have easy access to other communities. There are shops, restaurants, coffee/ice cream parlor and artist's kiosks there. Plus outdoor concerts on weekend - not sure which night this season.
We've stayed in the Gulf Place Caribbean a few times and have always been pleased. Can get good gulf views and are just across the street from beach.
Have funn!
