In this month’s class we’ll learn about some great value wines and an interesting grape varietal, pinotage you may not have sampled. We’ll start with a Fleur Du Cap Sav Blanc with Canapé of Tuna Tartare with Ginger Lime Dressing; Fleur Du Cap Chardonnay with Lemon, Shallot Chicken and Fettucini with Alfredo Sauce; Fleur Du Cap Pinotage with Bobotie (a traditional Malay dish of ground beef and aromatics) and Ernie Els Guardian Peak Frontier a Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot blend with Dark Chocolate Spice Cake.
