OK...first of all I am sheepishly admiting that up until this past Friday I had never eaten at Haus of Klaus nor even knew where it was.

Mrs. SC picked me up at the PC airport on Friday, and on the way back, we decided that we both wanted to eat. Somehow we landed on trying the Pickle Factory so we headed to Grayton. When we got out of the car, I saw Haus of Klaus and mentioned to the Mrs that they were supposed to have great burgers. She decided on burgers that day so we walked over.

We met Klaus. I'll call him that because I don't know if that's his real name. Real nice fellow. We chatted for a bit before we ordered, and I told him about The Vortex in Atlanta which, IMHO, is the burger standard to be met in Atlanta. He let me design my own burger. I had blue cheese, bacon, and mushrooms. Let me just say that H-o-K gave The Vortex a run for its money. What a great burger! If you haven't had a chance to go, you need to check them out.
