Ingredients:
  1. 1lb ground beef
  2. 2 packages cornbread mix (not the sweet kind)
  3. small onion
  4. salt and pepper
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. nacho slice jalapenos
  7. milk
  8. eggs
  9. 8 cheese slices or 8-10 oz cheddar
  10. 1 can creamstyle corn
  11. 1-2 cans pinto beans
Preparation:
  1. brown beef with onion, salt and pepper and garlic powder with 2-4 Tbs diced jalapenos

  2. shred cheese or unwrap singles

  3. Prepare cornbread but omit a little milk and then add cream corn to cornbread mix

  4. Drain pinto beans-well
Instructions:
  1. Grease a casserole dish

  2. Combine meat mixture with pinto beans and pour into bottom of pan

  3. top with cheese then pour cornbread over top

  4. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until cornbread is done
