    Rotel chicken pasta

    Description: my last cool weather recipe of the night-more Velveeta
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2. 2 can cream of chicken soup
    3. 1 can rotel
    4. 1 tsp garlic powder
    5. 1 tsp onion powder
    6. 10-12 oz angel hair pasta
    7. 12 oz velveeta
    Preparation:
    1. boil and drain pasta

    2. boil and shred chicken

    3. cube or shred velveeta
    Instructions:
    1. in a large mixing bowl combine chicken, soup, spices, rotel and cubed/shredded velveeta, add pasta and combine well

    2. grease a casserole dish, pour mixture in and bake at 350 for 30 minutes

    3. Serve with salad and garlic bread

    Guess I'm just ready for some Fall cooking, sadly I'm dieting so most of these recipes won't be in my kitchen anytime soon!

    Yeah, I am ready to cook up some soup/stews, etc. too. It's unfortunate that Velveeta is not low cal. I sure do love the stuff.
