I saw a bunch of cops continue east on Hwy 98 this evening, from intersection of 283.

There is always something amiss at the Tom Thumb in Seagrove. I have seen alot of drug deals going on. Yes, I have called the Police and they have done a good job taking care of this.

Not to make too much light of a possibly serious situation, but the title of the first did make me think of Bill & Ted's "Strange things are afoot at the Circle K".

Beachmouse, my mission was accomplished then.
It was very upsetting though to see a little kid out there obviously terrified by what was happening to him/her.

There were at least 5 squad cars at the 331 Tom Thumb last night around 6.

they passed me with lights and sirens screaming coming from the East, about 4:45 p.m. When I drove past the TT @331/98, it looked as though the squad cars were blocking a car in...there were at least five. In the meantime, two others had screamed past me going East on 98, just past 395.

One has to be alert, the sheriff cars that came up behind me came really fast--and I was driving 60 or 65...some of the cars in front of me did not seem to see/hear them, so did not move...it was a bit unnerving.
