Cinco de mayo plans?

Just interested in everyones plans (if any) for this Mexican celebration. I intend to have a few cervesas and hear some tunes. FWIW we had quite a few Mexican folk celebrating downtown at the Capital yesterday.lol

That sounds like alot of fun, I am headed down in about 3 weeks for 8 days and am really looking foward to getting away for awhile. I am bad about complaing that I dont live at the beach but I am fortunate to live so close.

Kfunn- Parrothead 74 is my brother. He was romantically involved with Beachblonde393, but I think they are now just friends.

JFunn- T-Bone is her sister

WFunn- Seagrover is her mom

CatherineC and MCritz are Funn Friends from Sowal. Now MCritz lives up here with me and CatherineC is back in razorback country.

Lampkwp is our friend Kathryn (who is getting married in sowal in May)'s little brother

TBag is the 4th in the ATeam. He's not currently signed onto Sowal.

Big Nancy is JFunn's mom
Gussifunn Debbifunn (Aka Big Gus and Deb) are my parents

Since this post there is now a Sarafunn, she is Sueshore aka Miss Kitty's daughter.

FuBarFunn is my daughter.

So unofficially Miss Kitty and I are funns via parenthood. Miss Kitty is married to Mr K, he doesn't post yet. Hope springs eternal though!

I am married to futurebeachbum aka GTTBD! He does post on occasion.

Whiteyfunn- T/W/F 24 years of age. Lives in Nashville. Used to Wlaner then we made her Whiteyfunn

We are the 3 original funns. I met Jfunn when I was in middle school when we used to come down to Grayton. I am originally from B'ham. We met Whitey at the opening of Luna Del Mar about 4 years ago. We convene on every New Year's Eve to raise hell in Sowal. We will all 3 be meeting for a wedding on May 21st as well. So look out!

Montgomery is a pretty fun town, ALOT has been done to the riverfront area of late (minor league baseball team) and hey we finally got draft beer a couple of years ago. BTW the Funn girls are pretty cute.

Yeah, haven't been to the Riverfront in awhile. I can see the baseball stadium from the interstate (I guess because I know where to look). The Biscuits are my favorite! Butter Up!

It is tough. There is ALWAYS something going on. Day drinking is funn too. Start at brunch then you can just keep on going. Bars are always full. I just hit a point where it was out of control. Between spending too much money and being on the brink of going to Betty Ford.

There is nothing like the night life though. Nothing.
