Conchiglie alla Astice Baked seashell pasta stuffed with morsels of succulent lobster with arugula salad and a lobster and tarragon vinaigrette

Baked Quail Pistachio stuffed baked quail, butternut squash risotto and a fig reduction

Venison Blackened, seared venison with foie gras and smoked gouda grits accompanied by a cinnamon root beer reduction

Beef Wellington Beef tenderloin wrapped in pancetta with a wild mushroom duxelle baked inside puff pastry served with braised collard greens, parsnip puree and topped with a blueberry demi
