Does anyone know anything about the Marie's that is in the old Ken's place?

They have been operating out of Destin as a caterer. They are open for dinner for now and will also be open for breakfast and lunch once they settle in. Quite a diverse menu including sushi chef.

We have been there twice so far, and will be making this a regular stop! Everyone we have met that has gone has expressed the same feelings. They have a very extensive menu based on their history of catering, and offer weekly specials in addition to the menu!

We are very picky about our Sushi and had stopped having it anywhere except Sushimoto, but now will include theirs!

Last night we had Beef Wellington, and split it, as the portions are too big for us to eat individual entrees.

The food is very good quality in a casual setting! They are open Tue - Sat currently for dinner only (This week someone has reserved the entire restaurant for Sat dinner)

On another note, I have to say that if you want a really great simple cheeseburger, try Shorty's! They do not miss on burgers!
Great view too. Ought to move music upstairs and kitchen down for a crowd pleaser.
