    overstuffed loveseat, beautiful in shades of beige, brown and green - very comfortable - reinforced frame - excellent condition $300

    pair of ceramic and ironwork lamps with linen shades - very unique boutique item retailed for $165 per lamp - selling both for $85

    area rug - neutral tones - 5' x 7' - excellent condition - $40
