    Studio/1B for elderly care

    I was just notified that the owner wants his condo back by March 1st. Looking for a studio or 1b on 30A. I'm the owner of Elderly Solutions, no children and single. I can exchange care for rent by myself personally. The hourly rate is $12.00 an hour.

    References available, insured and licensed #231204. I can be reached at (850)368-2603.

    Can pay for rent on my own as well. Looking for at least a 1 year lease. Building a Community Center in South Walton so I am here to stay.
