    I don't understand. You have availability for Mem. Day and June, but you are offering it long term.

    Short term OR long term...someone could come for Memorial Day and just decide to stay! Stranger things have happened... Or, if it rents long term, it won't be available for June anymore.

    Sorry I was so unclear on my post. We will rent it long term or short term. Just letting everyone know we had availability for Memorial day. We just want to rent it a little more this summer. We are new to this stuff. We bought the house after Katrina to have a get away and we were not renting it. Now that things are better in our area we are able to put some more time into renting the beach house. Thanks!!! Have a great day.

    Good luck w/renting. (Long-term should be easy. We haven't had any problem at all.)
    We need to go through OFVillage when we come in June. Haven't seen it yet. I know the subdivision stretches back from 30-A a bit. How far are you from beach access?

    About 500 yards. We are one of the first houses at the start of the rear section. Near the 2nd pool.
