Responsible, quiet tenant seeking unit (1br/1ba min) to rent for $750/mo. max, with some bills included, preferably, but not required.

I currently live in Miramar Beach off old 98 and I just can't afford my rent of $925 anymore. I work full time (and working a second part time job to make ends meet) and prefer to not live with roommates just because I have had too many irresponsible roommate issues in the past. I have no pets and I don't smoke, but I'm considering getting a fish . When I'm not working, I'm volunteering at my church. I have some furniture and the unit does NOT have to be fully furnished, but partially (maybe a couch?) would be nice. I have an awesome landlord now and would be happy to use her as a reference just to show that I have been a responsible tenant and I DO pay on time. I am young so I don't have much (if any) credit history but I would be fine with providing my last couple months check stubs from my job that I have worked at for over a year now. I would also be willing to sign a lease up to a year but thats totally up to you. I'm very easy to work with.
