Alys Beach Welcomes Jason D. Williams to Spring Concert Series
Alys Beach, FL - (March 15, 2011) - Presented by The Alys Foundation: Please join Alys Beach for a Spring Concert Series featuring the unforgettable Jason D. Williams on April 6, and other outstanding local musicians.

Straight from Memphis, TN and the birthplace of Rock and Roll, Jason D. Williams is an unbelievable talent. His Rockabilly style in the tradition of Jerry Lee Lewis will leave you not fully understanding or believing, but is not soon forgotten. A wild man onstage, he has been compared to Jerry Lee Lewis so often that rumors started in Memphis that he was the Killer's son. The influence of Lewis comes through in his high-energy performances, Williams says, but his songs get him to a different place. As he says, "It's Jerry Lee Lewis meets Jackson Pollock and Jerry Lee Lewis meets Joe Namath." Traveling together for more than 23 years, touring the world over, this group has entertained & amazed crowds young and old, famous and infamous, and will be in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre on Wednesday, April 6 from 6-9pm.

In addition to Jason D. Williams, The Alys Foundation will host The Forrest Williams Band on March 16, Boukou Groove on March 23, Tennessee Firearms on April 13, and Bill Garrett & Friends on April 27 from 6-8pm in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre.
