We'd like to appoligize to the local customer that was inconvienced when they came by, due to us being in the handicapped parking place unloading stock, the other day. We unfortunately, cannot get a distributer to service us and must pick up supplies during work hours. Parking is so, limited in the rear parking area and while intended for visitors, is always taken by my neighbors in the offices around me.
I hope that the customer with the complaint will give us another try and please come speak to me concerning the issue.
