HVAC maintenance 30A area
Any recommendations on someone for yearly HVAC maintenance? Also looking to put block on A/C thermostat to keep renters from cranking down to 60!

We have used Odis Brown Refrigeration and AC for 9 years. They are out of Freeport. Reasonable rates. Impossible to find in phone book! 850-835-2330. Good Luck!

the block is easy. just get a $50 honeywell thermostate and you can have a collar from 68-75 degrees in heating and air

Peaden in Panama City. 850-872-1004. We had a problem with the upstairs unit (under warranty) at our home in Seagrove, and they were there in 2 hours. We also have them do regular maintenance twice a year which we've found is necessary in the harsh conditions when your home is beach-close.
