Long Term Rental for Local Couple

We are a couple looking for a long-term rental in the 30A, Point Washington area but our range is anywhere from Miramar Beach to Inlet Beach. We have been living down on 30A for a year now and both have stable jobs and can provide good rental references. We are looking for a house in or around $1000/mo and need it by Aug 15th, as that is when the owner of the house plans to occupy where we currently live. Please pass along any leads, phone numbers, or any possibilities you may have heard of. We have already been looking for a month and we are amazed at how quickly properties are renting and how expensive rents are jumping and would love ANY help at the moment. Thanks!! Sie and Whit
