Emeril Lagasse Featured in Visit South Walton Video
Check out this video to see world-famous chef Emeril Lagasse describe South Walton as "fantastic!" The video was filmed at the Sandestin Marina during the 2011 Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic. Emeril’s boat, the Ole Miss competed in the Classic, weighing in a 32-pound dolphin. In the video, Emeril speaks about his excitement for the event, the family appeal of our area and why he now calls South Walton home.

LOVE Emeril! Some of my best recipes are from him - especially a big roast turkey! he does it right.
oh, and I did meet him briefly in Publix and chatted about his clam and sausage pasta in his latest cookbook.Last edited by Teresa; 08-04-2011 at 10:51 PM.
