So guys it is offical, within the next 3 weeks or so we WILL have our Destin Fitness Boot Camps Gym open in Uptown Station, it has been a long time in the making and the time has come!!! A no frills, effortlessly cool environment. It will be filled with fitness equipment like barbells, med balls, gym rings, kettlebells and sandbags, kegs, heavy bags, sleds, combat ropes , TRX straps, and a host of other equipment to get you feel and looking your best . This would be a place of performance, power, energy and physical expression - somewhere to escape the sedentary nature of modern life and to FINALLY GET RESULTS!

You will also find only a few big peices of equipment, such as a cable crossover, smith machine, lat pull down and row , but mostly just simple tools that offer nowhere to hide, no fixed path of movement, isolation exercises or equipment that does half the work. You will develop a stronger, leaner, fitter physique using fitness equipment that's beautifully primitive, yet brutally effective.
