Self-defense seminar at 30A CrossFit

30A CrossFit will be hosting a Self Defense Seminar August 27th, 9 to 11 a.m. Cost is $30 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Shelter House Domestic Violence Shelter. The seminar will be taught by a team of instructors with years of experience in law enforcement, crime prevention, martial arts and physical training. This is going to be a great seminar. The team of instructors is outstanding and this seminar will benefit women, and men. With a portion of the proceeds going to Shelter House it is a great opportunity to learn some neat things while donating to a great cause.
