Join Wiley Selman on the ukulele as he shares his musicality to inspire novice players to the advanced with free ukulele lessons at the Coastal Branch Library.

His first session, Wiley will present a brief history of the ukulele with some introductory melodies that will keep your toes tapping. His broad interest in music spans from classical, children’s folk and nursery songs to classical southern gospel.

Join Wiley playing “Red River Valley”, “You Are My Sunshine” and “Amazing Grace”. Classes start today, Sept. 13, 4:30-6 p.m. Classes run for six Tuesdays in a row through Oct. 18.
