This House is now available for long term rental of 6 months or more. $1500 per month and renter is responsible for all utilities and pool service. House is located on Walton Gulf View Drive in Seacrest Beach. Pets may be negotiable with additional fee.

i went by this location and it has someone living in it and she said she was there until feb. Why post this for rent "now" when it clearly is not for rent????
