Hi I have an outstanding 2/3 bedroom house in a lovely area next to Sandestin. 4 min. from the Baytowne Mall area. It is located on a small lake with about 7 other properties. I have a rented guest house on the property as well.
The main house will be open in Feb. It has a huge open floor plan for Kit./dining/living room...approx 1.200 sq.ft. in addition there is a master bedroom with master bath and a 2nd bedroom across from hall bath. There is a huge bonus room that use to be a 2 car garage now it has 2 sets of french doors and in the past has been used as an art studio, exercise room, storage and guest room. The house has high ceilings and all the windows to the lake go from floor to ceiling. Lots of light as you look out over the pines and lake. Excellent condition and location.
