1 br gulf front condo $469,000
750 sf Mistral unit in Seacrest Beach recently remodeled inside and out, MLS# 429930. Owner agent is Russell & Maureen Paine, 850-830-3984, 850-231-3751.
I thought this was a heck of a deal seeing as how there are 3 others in the building for sale at $624k, $630k, and $670k.
The last sale was $540k in 2004.

Sarcasm is out of place in threads about specific properties for sale. Feel free to post related info, comments, or questions.

I don't think so. Try the numbers at the top.

Re: 1 br gulf front condo $469,000
Might make a nice week-end retreat for someone of substance, but at 750sf--a bit small to live in full-time, a bit to pricey (including taxes and insurance) to produce positive rental cashflow.

My family (2 parents/2 kids under 12) has stayed at Mistral twice - Spring Break 2004 and 2006. The view is amazing. Unit lay-out for the 1 BR plan is also well designed. The building needs some work, although I think I read that exterior renovation is/was planned soon. Three units were for sale in April. I think they may have been 2 BR plans. Asking price was near $600,000.
