[Honey Badger Martial Arts]

Honey Badger Martial Arts powered by 30A Crossfit is pleased to announce the addition of our Tuesday Night Tai Chi class. Starting Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 6:15 pm our Tai Chi and Qigong program will begin for new students.

This program will focus on classic Yang Style Tai Chi and is a great program for all levels and ages. Our oldest student is in his 80's while our youngest is in his teens. Men and women are encouraged to participate in this class.

Some of the benefits of Tai Chi include regaining balance, stress reduction, stability, calming the mind and body along with a basic understanding of martial applications.

The first class is free and open to the public.
