Looking for long term lease between Seaside and Rosemary

We are looking for a unfurnished or furnished home somewhere between Seaside and Rosemary. Preferably closer to Rosemary (closer to work and school for kids). Looking for min. 3 bdrms but 4 would be great! We do have a dog but she is a good girl and not destructive at all. We hope to find a one year lease and then purchase next year. We both work on 30A and kids go to school here also. Thanks so much.
