Found brown male dog red collar. Flea collar. No tags. About 7 months old. Please call me if anyone knows who hw belongs to. 585 8839

and thank you for finding that dog before it was hit by a car. besides the tags and chips, it would be wise (and following the law) if the dogs are on leashes or confined in their yards. dogs can get out by accident but there are some people here who think we live on 10 acre lots, and there is no problem letting their dog roam. my dog was attacked several years ago by irresponsible owners. glad you found the owner and hope the dog stays safe!
