Need some locals to help me.

Hi, I am looking for a long term rental on 30A and I am running out of time. Is there a property management company that deals with LTR's or a real estate co that does??? I know there must me someone out there. Please help. I don't know where to look and I haven't had luck here either. (had a friend post here for me and we got nothing).

Though still not much selection with either site. I've heard recently that there are usually more long term rentals that come up in March, April and May - but I'm not sure how accurate that statement may be.
