I've stayed in this home. It's a lovely one story cottage with a great screened in front porch, and lovely kitchen. Easy access to Camp Watercolor.

Am I reading the lisying correctly, almost 4,000.00 per year in HOA fees?

$4,000 per year is the standard Watercolor HOA dues.

wow your trying to get $420 a square foot, this is worth 370-400k
i can't believe any agent on 30'a would try to list this at over $400 a square feet.the seller is trying not to lose money from a bad purchase in 2007, if you sell for 700k pm me as my house is worth $1 mil that i bought for 400k
