Professional couple in need of a 3 bd UNFURNISHED house/townhouse/condo preferably off Hwy 30A starting April or May 2012. Would like to be no higher in lease amount of $1600/mth. Need to move furniture out of current house off 30A to have time to look for and purchase our next place. We spend about 90% of our time at our house in GA, so there won't be much wear and tear on your place, and we won't be nightmare tenants. We are in need of a place to move as soon as possible. Will consider Sandestin area as well. We have no pets and an 8 yr old.
