WANTED: Website person?

I have a website that has an online application for our service, however the person that created it failed to create a submit button

I have been through several people that say they are going to fix it and we are now on month 4. I am in search of anyone that does websites and can be diligent in getting our site fixed. Thanks!

it is probably there but hidden by something laying on top of it. post the link to the form and I can tell you how to fix it.
