Long-term rental avaialble in Blue Mountain Beach

Available in July is a brand new, 2BR/2BA condo in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach. The condo has over 1000 sq/ft and is located around the corner from the community swimming pool, tiki bar and workout room. Additionally, the Walton County Blue Mountain Beach Access at CR 83 is less than a mile away. We are looking for someone for a six-twelve month time period at $1,400 per month. The unit is unfurnished but includes appliances and washer/dryer unit.

We would consider August 1 for the rental. I will take some pictures and post them ASAP. As far as POA, they exist but those costs are included in the $1,400 rent.

We have decided to lower the rent to 1300 per month and will consider pets. Condo is available and pictures can be provided if anyone is interested.
