Classic Yoga - Learn to stretch with precise instruction focusing on form and alignment. All levels welcome.

Instructor- Craig McLaughlin- teaching yoga in Seaside, Florida since 1995. Trained by numerous certified Iyengar instructors.

Fridays 4:45pm - 6:00pm & Sundays 9:00am - 10:30am

Cost $15.00 LOCAL DISCOUNT and discounts for multiple class purchases.

The Studio is located in Seaside, Florida west of the post office next to Fired up ceramic studio.
