hello! I am a student who will be working in the area of seaside this may-august. I need to find a rental for the next 3 months, preferably within the rent range of $600 and under. I'm up for having roommates, as long as they're sane. Also up for renting a room, whether it be above a garage or in a family home. I am a neat and organized student, who will be devoting most of her time to her summer employment.
