Married Professionals - No Kids - Looking for Long Term Rental while building home

We are getting married in June. My soon-to-be wife I are in the process of purchasing a lot on which to build a home within the next year. We are looking for a long term rental house in which to reside during the build, so we need a one year lease. We do have dogs, but are happy to put down a deposit with which you are comfortable. My wife is a lawyer and I am a part owner of a small local architecture firm. We don't need anything large. We would like a 2 bedroom home, but are open to something smaller or slightly larger due to the sparsity of long term rental homes.

My husband and I are 2 professionals with no kids, and we have a home in Burnt Pine which we are about to place on the rental market. We recently moved to Santa Rosa Beach to make his commute to work in Panama City a little easier. It is a 2 bdrm with a large office/library with a pool and cabana that can be a 3rd bedroom if needed. It is extremely private at the end of a cul de sac nestled within a preserve and the 4th green of the golf course. Built for entertaining, it has grand rooms and multiple spacious patios. As an architect you would have an appreciation for how truly stunning and unique the home is, with dramatic 24 ft ceilings and movable walls that open to a backyard oasis of tranquility. We will be offering it for $5850/mth, including golf cart for renters' use, landscaping, cable, phone, and internet. I can send you a number of recently taken pictures if you are interested. Thank you and have a great evening.

    Linda,

Thank you so much for contacting me regarding our search for a rental home. We actually signed a lease on Friday of last week. I apologize for not yet removing my advertisement on Sowal. I will be happy to spread the word about your property if I hear of anybody else looking around in the near future.

    Sincerely,

    Jonathan
