Local Professional couple looking for a 3+ bedroom long term rental in South Walton. Would prefer 2200+ sq ft, fenced yard and garage (pool would be a plus) with a move in date by June 1st. (some flexibility with date). Willing to pay up to $2600/month. Must be pet friendly, as we have two small dogs (4lbs and 16lbs).
