3br/2b Main House, or 1br/1b Guest House, or Master Suite in Seagrove

Hi. I’ve just finished adding a guest house to my place in Grove by the Sea in Seagrove and I’m currently looking for the right person or persons to rent the entire main house, the guest house, or the master suite in the main house. I own the property and have lived there for 12 years. During that time a bunch of people, mostly locals, have shared the main house with me. Almost all of them have been 20 or 30-something women, many of whom have become good friends. Some have stayed just for the summer, others have stayed for 3 or 4 years. A few have moved out, and then moved back in a year later! Looking back on 10 years of having roommates, it’s been a lot of fun.

Now that a guest house has been added to the property I’d be happy to live in the main house with a roommate (or possibly two) and rent the guest house, or conversely, live in the guest house and rent the main house. Both the main and the guest houses are pretty cool. The main house is a 3br/2b single story shotgun and is partially furnished. The guest house is a new single story 1br/1b and is unfurnished. The master suite is partially furnished. The neighborhood is great and the location is pretty hard to beat. Grove by the Sea is about ¾ mile east of Seaside on the north side of 30-A in Seagrove.

I’m having an open house on Saturday April 21 from noon until 5PM at the address given below. The basic idea of the open house is to say thanks to everyone involved in building the guest house and allow them to get some exposure. If anyone is interested in taking a look at the place to see if it might work for them, please drop by during the open house and we can meet and talk.
