Hey, a friend and I are looking to rent a place around the area. As long as it's within Santa Rosa Beach we're alright with it. We are both 20 and working students that have lived in this area for a long time now.
Preferably pet friendly, but that isn't a deal breaker.
Around 1,000 a month is our budget, but we can discuss it if it's a little different than that. We would be renting for longer than just the summer.
If you have a place that meets what we're looking for we'd love to come see it and talk with you.
Again, anywhere in Point Washington, along 30a, Chat Holley, we just want to be a close drive to work.
