Swantree Properties & Concierge is hiring Saturday hosts to assist in the guest departure and arrival process. These representatives are the face of our company, and we are looking for outgoing individuals to join our team.

The job description includes but is not limited to:
• Inspect homes after guest departure for damage
• Process items left behind
• Ensure cleanliness of homes post clean
• Coordinate arrival with incoming guests
• Prep home
• Greet incoming guests
• Answer any questions they may have

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Some college preferred
• Customer service experience
• Problem solving skills
• Multitasking skills
• Professional demeanor
• Outgoing and friendly
• Knowledge of the local area
• Must have own transportation

Training will be on Saturday, May 19th, and applicants will be expected to be available every Saturday through August 4th.

This job is ideal for college students on break, professionals looking for a second job, and moms looking to make some extra cash. It offers a laid back atmosphere where wearing your flip flops to work isn't just allowed, it's encouraged. Come spend your Summer working by the beach!
