Moving from California . Can you give me any info on how the surf is on 30A and where the most consistent spots are?

Surf is not bad at times here. It is surely not Cali though. We have to travel around quite a bit to make it happen here. Right now, I am actually looking at the east coast. Hurricanes become an important part of our life here along the coast. Depressions are even better. Areas along 30A change quite a bit. You have to look for good sand bars and direction. It really just depends on the swell direction as to where I might go. You will also almost become a weather man around here. I love storms! Even better, call me sometime and I will show you around. We also just returned from a surf sabbatical in Huntington beach. We probably have lots to talk about.
