pet friendly in santa rosa area

I am looking for long term or even short term rental in santa rosa beach area. Currently live at Seacrest Beach but the association has voted to no longer allow dogs and I must be out by June 1. I am professional, neat and clean, quiet and honest. I need lodging asap for myself and my dog (50#, has never had an accident in the house, sweet, 15 so he sleeps most of the day). I would be willing to do yard work and to be property manager if you are going to be out of town. I will be traveling to Paris in September but other than that I will be available. I work at Seaside and have excellent references. I am in a tough spot here and would appreciate any direction anyone out there can give me. Thank you and enjoy your day.
