Found some wine
We were cleaning out the owner's closet in the garage and found a case of wine. The Two Hands Shiraz from Australia that we drank last night was marvelous -- we paid $25, the going retail price is in the $60s. Today we opened a Chardonnay -- it was reddish in color and tasted terrible, even though they were in an air-conditioned space. Couldn't drink it.
It looks like we bought the wines in 2007. How do we tell if the unopened wines are okay? Just by taste? I mean, if it tastes okay and we drink it, will it kill us? LOL.

Call Chan's. My rule of thumb is that anything that tastes weird should be avoided, but there is something about colored chardonnay from storage that I cannot remember.

I am a professional wine taster. You will need to let me try 4 glasses of each one and I will be able to determine if it is OK for you to drink.
